Q. Where is parking?
Answer: There is limited on-site parking. All overflow parking will be at the Jacksonville Equestrian Center located on Normandy Blvd. For additional directions please visit our webpage under the “About Us Page”

Q. What discounts are available?
Answer: Scroll to the bottom of our Events Pricing tab to see all discounts offered

Q. Do you allow strollers?
Answer: Yes we do. Remember this is an unpaved Village so umbrella strollers may be more difficult to maneuver.

Q. If we come in the morning can we come back at night?
Answer: Yes, you will receive a stamp on your hand for same day re-entry

Q. Is there food and drink for sale on-site?
Answer: Yes, we have a food courtyard open at all times

Q. Do you take credit cards on-site?
Answer: Yes

Q. Is there an ATM on-site
Answer: Yes we will have several ATM’s on-site for your convenience

Q. What is the Igloo on your map?
Answer: This one of a kind 50×50 Igloo is for special events or private party rentals. This is the location for The Breakfast with the Claus Family, The Gingerbread Making Demonstration and the Ice Carving Demonstration.

Q. Do you allow pets?
Answer: No we do not allow pets.

Q. What has additional fees after admission?
Answer: Wagon Ride, Carousel, Hay Maze, and all crafts are included in the general admission pricing.

Q. How often does the shuttle run for overflow parking area?
Answer: Shuttle begins at the Equestrian Center at 6:00pm on nights we are open.

Q. Do you give any discounts to military dependents/seniors, first responders, etc?
Answer: Yes, scroll to the bottom of the Event Pricing tab

Q. Can I purchase tickets on-site?
Answer: Yes. We encourage advance ticket purchases to reduce lines at the ticket booths and to guarantee entrance. There is a maximum capacity of 8000.

Q. What is the benefit to purchasing a Season Ticket?
Answer: Season ticket holders get free parking passes per family with their admission.

Q. Can I upgrade my ticket to a Season Pass after I visit the Village once?
Answer: You can upgrade to a season pass and apply initial ticket purchase price to the season ticket price if upgraded the same day as single ticket is used.

Q. Do you get a discount if you purchase early or is it the same if purchased on-site?
Answer: The ticket is the same price. There is a limited supply of special discounted packages and they may not be available on-site if sold out.
