Q. Where is parking?
Answer: There is limited on-site parking.

Q. What discounts are available?
Answer: Scroll to the bottom of our Events Pricing tab to see all discounts offered

Q. Do you allow strollers?
Answer: Yes we do. Remember this is an unpaved Village so umbrella strollers may be more difficult to maneuver.

Q. Is there food and drink for sale on-site?
Answer: Yes, we have food vendors open at all times

Q. Do you take credit cards on-site?
Answer: Yes

Q. Is there an ATM on-site
Answer: Yes we will have several ATM’s on-site for your convenience

Q. What is the Igloo on your map?
Answer: This one of a kind 50×50 Igloo and is the location for High Tea and Bowties event with the Claus Family.

Q. Do you allow pets?
Answer: No, we do not allow pets.

Q. What has additional fees after admission?
Answer: Parking. $5.00 per car, $3.00 for golf carts.

Q. Do you give any discounts to military dependents/seniors, first responders, etc?
Answer: Yes, scroll to the bottom of the Event Pricing tab

Q. Can I purchase tickets on-site?
Answer: Yes. We encourage advance ticket purchases to reduce lines at the ticket booths and to guarantee entrance. There is a maximum capacity of 5,000.

Q. Do you get a discount if you purchase early or is it the same if purchased on-site?
Answer: Early bird pricing is available until October 31, 2017. See Event pricing for discount information.
